How to Order

Orders are only accepted from qualified promotional products distributors.

In order to process your order we require:

A PO number
Ship to address
Quantity and correct product codes and description
An in hand date if the order is time sensitive
Artwork (vector)

Orders must be emailed to customer@thatsmyball.com.

Once your order has been entered TMB will email you an order acknowledgement.
Please read carefully and contact us immediately if corrections and/or changes are necessary. All changes must be confirmed in writing.

We will email you a virtual proof for your approval. Production begins upon receipt of signed Proof Approval, approval of credit and payment if you are not on terms.
